Salix is a small, professional consulting services company. Our Directors have held senior positions in Industry, Retail and at major consultancies including Deloitte and Touche and Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. We have extensive experience of working with some of the UK's largest industrial and consumer companies. Our ethos is to offer the service, experience and professionalism you get from these firms at significantly lower cost through the reduction of overhead.

The consulting services we offer are very varied, ranging from customer facing work - market studies and business development through process improvement to specialist areas including interim management and training. We work in a number of sectors, including retail, media, food and financial services.
